Is it still too early to plan for the MFM 2nd Anniversary GG?
May be the venue should be set first, so that local MFM members can have more time planning for Anninversay GG activities. Outstation members can start planning for the trip too, i.e start applying for visas, get approval from Home Affair Ministry and stuff like that..

It is nice to have a Mega GG or 2nd Anniversary of 3days 2night, in one of the Thailand Island.. with full of activities..
Some can go diving
Some can Shop for Ham Radio
I can shop for Volks accessories...

Drive to Koh Samui Or Phuket

We go to un-track area , track new road , poi
we need a good time table for tis
So we can have a great time with family & MFM members

Thailand is the best area to track.....
Good shopping for the wife and kids....
Good jungle track for the mens...

Got caves to explore or not....=p~

Good jungle track for the mens...

You will find the cave at the end of the jungle track...

Once you land on top of a cliff, slowly get yourselves down the cliff. There will be a valley between two nice sculptured hills that you have to walk thru (if you got lots of times, you can go up the hills too and rest at the benchmark stones). Then you reach a small pond and depending on time of year, there will be fresh water in the pond...dont forget to stop and quench your thirst because there is more adventures ahead (pls respect local custom there... drink using tongue only).

Before you can get to cave, you will encounter some bushes (or if you are lucky the locals might have cut down or trim them down for agriculture purposes). Dont despair if it not merely bushes but dense jungle....best thing is yet to come, just be prepare mentally and physically.

Once pass the bushes/jungles, please watch out each step (advisable to wear rubber boots), there is a deep creek which you have to manuever thru it. The cave mouth just at the end of the creek. Take your time exploring the cave, if manage to find a sacred spot inside the cave that is know locally as 'Geronimo', jot down the GPS Coords. Just lay down and enjoy the stars burst that you be seeing.

There is also another smaller cave not far from the first cave, but a little bit difficult to get in because of the strong wind gussing out from inside once a while....local knowledge is best apply here.
