In fact, not much places selling this dish as the process of making is really.... , i had learnt this tradition hakka abacus beads cooking style from my father in law, but still find somethings is missing somewhere, hence wanted to try others make to improvement it.

Am i right there are more hakka in ipoh than other state?

Ipoh and KL are mainly Cantonese speaking areas as this "dialect" were mainly miners in the olden days in Tin Mining towns such as Ipoh and KL.

You are right! just a walking distance, and right behind Excelsior Hotel which is the famous Dim Sum street, where you can find Foh San, Ming Court and Yoke Fook Moon here.
