Bro Antyong, can I ask what prompted this thought in your mind?
I believe that you have a vision of how you want MFM to look like and certainly it looks like we have a wonderful product to be proud of. It may not be what you visualise but that's where we continue to grow. I think that some users get ungratefully annoyed when we have problems on some Mondays but I think that with the speed in which the map grows, it is only natural to have these hiccups some of the time. If we want to be stable, then it will just remain static.
So IMO, if you were not here, perhaps MFM won't grow at the pace you had visualised but I think we do have a great team in place to ensure that there is still growth. The dilemma you face is no different from that of a parent who wonders what happens when THAT day comes. In your case, you have quite a lot of "children" who have come to depend on you to guide us as we grow.

The thought came across my mind because during my recent absence,
1. our three MFM-Garmin map releases had little errors in them
2. we stopped our MFM-Papago map releases
3. we did not handle properly a hot debate
The above three areas define what MFM is and differentiate us from other communities. So I started this topic as a casual evaluation of ourselves. I appreciate all comments and offers for help

"To err is human, to forgive divine" - that being said, I think that MFM is doing a great and fantastic job.
Bro Antyong, we have dedicated and loyal people in MFM who make personal sacrifices to produce such excellent quality maps for the communities - not only for us but also for the people of the world. I am sure the people of the world appreciate this contribution to society.
You know who your loyal and dedicated people are. I believe in delegation of duties which I believe is being done. Other newbie members like myself really appreciate very much the hard work put in by you all, so much so, that we would feel "guilty" if we do not try to chip in our share of contribution on whatever we can, like submission of POIs (guess that's the best I could do)

Perhaps, you may want to think of assigning an "Assistant To" position to one of your comrades, if it is not already done so, to lighten your duties and to further enhance the journey of MFM success.
Just my two sen
