Spammers are usually bots and always post new topic....hit and run.
It is up to Admin to restrict new topic posting by maybe adding a question or something that only a human can answer.
They can also be restricted from being a new member.
But any measures will always inconvenienced real user.

The one and efective way to rid these "spammers" is to ban them along with their IP addy (subject to their cyber crime on this forum) and those who participate/engage with any posts they initiate gets the ban too or in more lenient fashion, sanction them for several weeks or months if need be.

Spam are scums who are only out to disrupt for their own selfish agenda... if this Forum has no room for such individuals, take a tentative measure to adhere...period.

Implement "keywords" as well which are related to spammers jargon so it will prevent a new thread from being set up by a potential spammer.

ATB... :rox:
