I think the main problems faced by Uncle Wong would be:
1. the initial capital for placing the order,
2. the collection process from us...

so, for the second round to materialize:
1. the min. order amount has to be smaller,
2. the initial capital needs to be financed by someone,
3. payment be made directly to financier, who then issues mailing details to Uncle Wong......

instead of the current 'one leg kick' method - overloading poor 'ole Uncle Wong....
