Pop-Up Ad

Moderators,
Is there a way to block those pop up ad? Kind of irritating ...whenever you load a page that ad will pop up. I knew there are many sites which allow ad's but some does allow blocking them. It wont pop up unless you bring the cursor to that area.

It will move down after a few seconds, just a new ads test out, will remove if the result no good.

Bro,
From my personal opinion, I wont read an advert if its a pop up and will immediately "pangkah" them lol, but will read it if its located at the right side of a page, as you scroll down you tend to notice these lovely ad's and will give them some attention as in facebook game pages..Just my 2 cents

Mine is getting worst.
eg, I brought up a thread, the ad filled the whole screen and you have to skip it.
At times warning from computer will also be activated.
