 Post subject: X8.5 oapago - backlight went null when showing warning msg

How to resolve this issue when running Papago x8.5 start up and the backlight went to null and dark.

When returning to setting, you need to adjust again the backlight but after running 8.5, will go null again.

How to resolve?
