:welcome: bro Read_2one :welcome: to MFM

Please do spend time in our library section for more on GPS

Do a search via our search feature to find threads on Holux GPS for comments / knowledge etc.....

Many factors effect GPS accuracy ie... signal strength, urban areas with dense tall buildings, thick foilage, car tint etc....
Speed camera announcements is dependent on updates as this is a passive system.

Hi,

I planned to buy a PND soon. Since so many product in the market, i yet to decide which one to buy. The Holux 62e look promising. Very cheap indeed.

How's you Holux 62e doing? Does it really has the speed camera function?

For less than RM500 for a 5" Taiwanese brand with legal X3.

Can lah. i think this is one of the best bang for your bucks.

FM, bluetooth etc. it is just a novelty ideas that wear off in a few days.
I prefer my GPS to be in expert mode. or silent mode.

good lucks and have fun with your new toy.

Get the Holux GPS system with removable battery. I had seen a cracked LCD display from Holux GPS due to the battery heated under direct sunlight for long hours.

Additionally when you're not using the Holux GPS, do not place the GPS under the direct sunlight for long hours.
