Hey there! It's been quite a few years since this website was first created when Google Maps was not routable, and we are curious - who is still visiting, contributing and downloading the maps here?
Drop a comment or let us know what keeps you coming back. We would love to hear from you!
Upload your contribution to MFM drop box if you don't want others to take your contributed tracklogs or POIs.

Hi,
Though I do not drive as often as when I were younger, but I am quite bad in road sense and memory.
The Garmin is still my main aid when on the wheel.
Mainly because;
1) Handphone navigation tends to get interrupted by calls or notifications. This is crucial if you are near decisive splits. A separate HP to me is a must if you really need device aid.
2) Handphone is not as convenient as dedicated GPS. With Garmin, once I start the engine it will go straight to navigation mode and continue
if I was halfway; It shuts off itself when engine is off. No action is required from me. Whereas HP needs to reactivate especially if shut off after long breaks.
I repaired my Garmin as no new models are available and alternatives are less user friendly.

MFM is the only place I could get updated maps, sad that most contributors have stopped providing feedbacks and updates.
Even though am a member since Malsingmap time; I will still accept if the set/data can no longer serve its purpose.

Thanks for listening and all the efforts.
