To control and identify IP members, to encourage them whether or not in contributing POI either in a form of gdb. files or in a Longitude / Latitude, I suggest that only registered members by login as a member will be allowed to download Free Maps and not to Public (non member )

... Not need to be so protective. Let it be FREE forever... One day, the world will knows, the mfm is the best mapping community.
