MyAseanFreeMaps
MFM turning into MAFM? Just noticed it on the banners and title up there on the browser. Does that mean in the future release we will have maps from other countries as well other than My/Sg?

Re: MyAseanFreeMaps
I know that there's no GPS community making free Thailand maps at the moment, but I know there's another community called Navigasi in Indonesia, similar to MFM, making free Indonesia maps. If I'm not mistaken, the Philippines also have similar GPS community.
By naming this community MyAseanFreeMaps, would they think that we are going into their "territory" or something?
Since ASEAN includes Indonesia and Philippines.

Re: MyAseanFreeMaps
That means lots of opportunity for everyone to develop their mapping skills.
Re: MyAseanFreeMaps
Malaysia now going for 1Malaysia and we already gone for 1Asean

Re: MyAseanFreeMaps
To an outsider searching and reading the materials in the site will conclude that we are telling them that there is an Asean map but in fact we don't have one... We only have three out of the 10 countries in the grouping...

Don't mean to throw cold water.... but having this "Asean" name is like blowning horn....some say BS...
We are opening ourselves to ridicules... do we want this? Or should we be practical and revert back to the old name which is symbolic to what we are now. Or go for ridicules and be an airhead.
