not able too add POI in the certain drop box

Hi Guys,
Is there any other link to add POI for Melaka and Klang area pls?
Not able to use the link given:

I try going to Selangor and Melaka ..it says :
The drop box is invalid! Please contact your administrator for more help.
Please advice.
