I wish to provide four additional inputs beside the two provided earlier. Pls refer to the attached maps for details. Thank you.

Best Regards,

drsklim,

I notice you are using GPSMapEdit software. I have the software but can't find the source file you're using. Where can I download a copy of the source file.

Am using PaPaGO! X5.1 Build:Aug 2010 for my android 2.2 and it's directory map/malaysia is R51 files.... but when i downloaded the latest 110601 files for papago x5 for androids, it's R21 files....the system doesn't recognise MFM map....please advise...how to get it work on the updated map.....

B e "C" & "S" maps are R21.
The "C" maps should work with you Android.
DL "C" and remove old map [keep a backup in your PC].
Then copy "MFM-PPG-110601S" into Maps folder.
Start Papago and go to "Advance Settings" click
"Map Switch" and then click "MFM-PPG-110601S".
It should work.

What i had downloaded was the C map for androids...and not S maps.
I did the same thing....but system says no maps.....

Sorry bro...your advise asked me to dl C maps for androids but your copy MFM-PPG-110601S was S files?

I had deleted the original /map/malaysia directory also cannot.
I deleted the original /map/malaysia's files and use MFM latest to replace it...also cannot.
I kept the original /map/malaysia directory and copy copy "MFM-PPG-110601C" into Maps folder ... then from advance settings i chose map...but cannot find the MFM map at all.

what should i do next?
confused.

Did you do this :-

Install MFM-PPG-110601c.exe to pc @ C:/Navi (default destination folder) but don't forget to select the correct papago version which is Papago X5 for Android... Then you will have a folder MFM-PPG-110601C inside C:/Navi/Maps.

You can copy the whole folder MFM-PPG-110601C with all files inside the MFM-PPG-110601C folder, & paste the folder to your phone to NaviSEA\Maps\

Go to setting and select the latest map version.

Alternatively, you can try to install it directly to you smartphone by connecting your phone to the computer. Your debugging system on the phone must be turn on. Run the MFM-PPG-110601c.exe file and install the map to your Navisea\Maps directory in the phone. Remember at the end of the installation you have to choose Papago X5 for Android from the drop down box.

Finally go to setting and select the latest map version.

Hope this will help
