I have re-compiled (where possible) the names of the courts in Malaysia so as to standardize their description, i.e. <city/town> <category of court>.
Source of information come from Laman Rasmi Mahkamah Malaysia

Do note that the correct spellings are SESSIONS and MAGISTRATES courts for the subordinate courts (any courts lower than High Court are termed subordinate courts or MAHKAMAH RENDAH).
Excluded are Syariah courts as I do not have the addresses list. Perhaps some of our brothers here can assist? Suggest using the same naming format, i.e. “<city/town> Syariah Court”.
Help is also needed from bros who are within decent travelling distances from the courts listed below to identify the actual locations of these courts. Sad to say, the Kehakiman’s website does not provide road names for these and the Malaysian Bar Council’s website is not of much help either as I believe it obtains its directory information from the former’s website.
For mappers of the different regions, kindly update the data provided in the attached GDB file accordingly. The GDB file also contains the contact numbers (where available) and addresses of these courts.

A. CORRECTIONS
Selangor
There is NO High Court in Kuala Selangor (N3 19.404 E101 15.785). This is the Magistrates Court.
Perak
Seri Manjung Magistrates Court (N4 11.227 E100 39.197) – please verify the road name; name provided by the court is Jalan Dato' Haji Kamaruddin whereas in MFM v1.74, it’s Jalan Dato Sri Kamaruddin.
Kelantan
Kuala Krai – there is NO Sessions Court. Only Magistrates Court is there. (N5 32.467 E102 12.089).
Bachok – there is NO High Court. Only Magistrates Court is there. (N6 03.523 E102 24.040)
