CPOI section needs some house keeping

Feedback for our road information and food recommendation POIs

mods, just suggesting that different POIs here are quite messy here, should there be any house keeping so that we know where and what to download?

An example would be the speed trap POI which is being updated in a different thread from the v3.8 version
