You can download them separately here:

For West Malaysia - viewtopic.php?f=23&t=974
For East Malaysia - viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2061

And then combine them with the main map, if you wish, using the tool EZGMap which can be found here:
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=899

Or use them separately.

P.S. I dont need topo for driving navigation.

So is your problem:

1. The Topo line are not visible in your map after combining them with the main map?

or

2. The Topo Maps are not showing up in your map data selection menu in your device?

3. Can you describe "the usual procedure" cos there are 2 ways to use the topo map.
