Guys, which map is more detailed? This one or the Garmin-MFM collaboration 2013.10 ?

What's the difference if I use Garmin's official update: 2013.10 ? Compared to updating from here?
If I download this map, does it come with Junction View?
Also, if I download using map directly from here, will it void my warranty?

This one is more up to date.
Upload your contribution to MFM drop box if you don't want others to take your contributed tracklogs or POIs.

2013.10 comes with JCV, lane assist, highway mode, speed sign...

So far there is no complain that the warranty is voided by using the map here.
Upload your contribution to MFM drop box if you don't want others to take your contributed tracklogs or POIs.

The MFM 2013.10 doesn't come with Lane Assist. :(

Anyways, if I download this map here, does it come with JCV? That's the most important thing I need.
