hi.. guys.. how come MFM map got error during installation using window 7. any one can help .... thanks

u might have incomplete file, try re-download again and install..

extract it and my antivirus detected virus in this file....cant finish extract...cant create supp... #-o

disable AV first, den install and generate map, after finished den enable back AV.

The AV detected anomalies in the EXE. Good idea to disable AV & install?
Mmmmmm..... will try to wait for the next version. Strange...

lol this is second times ad... don know next version will got "clean" intaller o not..

I just want to put on record my thanks and appreciation for all the great downloads. I use my Garmin quite often so all the information comes in very handy for my professional excursions.

Hi,

should i copy the image created to the SD card or the gps internal memory?

if i copy it to the sd card, the original SLA map V2 will be delete, but it will have 2 files, mfm 111114 and mfm poi 111114.

if i copy it to the internal memory, the SLA map v2 will remain and there is only one mfm 111114.

any advice?

Yup ... I got the same problem. But the maps running ok in MapSource. It seems like antivirus had blocked the file to be executed.:tq:
