MFM-Garmin 100208 feedback

Hi, I am facing the same problem to on my local set nuvi 765. At first I downloaded MfM map to my nuvi using mapsource but shows no map of sarawak. Then I downloaded gmapsupp.img file and transfer directly to nuvi but still failed. I have disable other maps and yet no results. The last working version of MfM maps is MFM-Garmin-091228 and I faced the problems on the following versions until today.My nuvi 765 is on V2.30 malsing set.

Hi. Pls help.

i got some problem on my system. i am using Gamin Nuvi 765. i found whole Sarawak is not showing any road. i did try on Kuching & miri. i try to copy this map to another Garmin 765 Device also no road showing. but if i put it in Garmin Nuvi 205, then it will show all detail map.

may i know how to solve this problem on my 765 system.

Got no visibility problem on my nuvi200.I dont know about 765.
Have u tried disable the preloaded map (i supposed msm). Only use mfm map and see if still got problem.

Please post the director contents of your Main Memory/garmin directory here.

Also do you have SD card? If so what maps reside there?

Here's a strange route. I use 100201 and it happens with this 100208 as well.
I was leaving Shell Gurun rest area and heading back to SG yesterday.

At this point, N4 53.847 E100 39.994
it tells me to leave E1 and take road 1. Somewhere later it joined back to E1.

I didn't follow the gps yesterday because I don't know where I would be heading if I leave E1.

But looking at Mapsource, the route is shorter than following E1, but why would I want to leave E1 since the navigation is set for shortest time ?

Your GPS route correct, because you set for shortest route not fastest route.
Shortest mean, GPs will guide you even thru Jalan Kampung, fastest route mean , sure Highway route. Dont get confused

When generate gmapsupp.img, pls tick "Exclude colored Polygons (less laggy)",
Check whether your problem still exist.

I brought up this topic on previous release too. I'm having routing problem. From Woodlands Drive 14 going to Rasa Istimewa c2k at Choa Chu Kang, nuvi205 prompt me to travel up to Woodlands Centre Road. Then prompt me to Woodlands viaduct and to make a U-Turn and hang there. I revert back to 100118 also cannot route me to the destination. Tried with other location also same cannot bring me to the said location. I attach a screen shot for your reference.

Thanks!!!! My nuvi 765 now can display the maps with that option. I hope in the future gmapsupp.img generated for nuvi 765 will not excluding the coloured polygons. More beautiful if with polygons.. Thanks again!!!
