I succeeded downloading...but nothing seemed happened to my Nuvi...I checked the Map info and it is still showing the old version...091012...how come it didn't change to 100222?

may i know possible to search a location with key in the building name? For example : Jaya Jusco Ipoh ?

I remember before changed of my file, i can do this but after some change on the files, it cant search with building name.

Any one can advise.

Yes it's possible, via POIs search. However, in Ipoh there's only "Jusco Kinta City" available in MFM map. Here're some tips for successful search using POIs:
1. Specify near another city (or location), if your current/last GPS is not anywhere near the POI.
2. Try a few searches using partial name / different spelling / both in Bahasa and English.

Searching for a building name is dependant on how the POI is labeled by mapper. Your example in this case, as bro dvpro mentions, it is label as Jusco Kinta City. Depending on where Jusco is, it is known as Aeon Jusco, Jusco, Jaya Jusco etc..

Suggest try using just the word Jusco as a search name. You will find more successful search returns ...

ic. Let me check it out. It might be after combine of map caused this issue.

In map, that building not show any name, in such i cant get thru even i key in the building name.

Hi all,

Just to share, after combine of map with using combine maps tool, it caused some POI deleted. Therefore, it may not able to search it.

After split of the files, it working fine.

However, i notice that my garmin nuvi 1350 sometimes does not display custom POI (eg, shell, petronas, 7-11) icon....

Is there any solution to this?
