I am using AVIRA free version.
I have scan the previous release MFM-Garmin-111010.exe and no virus was found.

I am using Avast, no virus found too!

I'm using Avira Antivirus, I had found that virus too..

I am downloading the ... MFM-Garmin 111107....my norton antivirus has remove it coz it contain virus...is there any other link ??

Download our map installer from our garmin download section here viewtopic.php?p=123970#p123970

Run the installer to create a gmapsupp.img map file.

Put this file into SD card/garmin directory.

I'm using Avira too, and get that virus too, think the compiler "genmfm.exe is infected inside mapper's computer while its being compiled.

It could be Avira thinks the file matches a virus signature, giving a false positive.
I tried with another anti-virus Microsoft Security Essential, it doesn't find a virus either.

It would be good if others using NOD32, Kaspersky and others can chime in.

I use AVG,no ploblem.
I hate Avira,hari-hari bising.
kalau pakai free addition lagi teruk,advertisement avira syok-syok lompat keluar.
