MFM-Garmin 091102 feedback

Hi,

apologies if i post this is the wrong thread.

I have a Garmin Nuvi 255W official SG set.

I down loaded the MFM Garmin 091102 and have been using it in Mapsource but when i try to down load the map to the Nuvi this is the error message that i got.

Previously downloaded Rotweiler Southern Thialand map into my Nuvi without any issue. Am i missing some stapes?

Dear Buzz,

Why don't you just copy and paste the file to your Garmin folder? I hope it works.

with city navigator singapore/malaysia nt2009.30 map, when before reach some toll plaza,then my nuvi 1460 will reboot it self.
anyone can tell what wrong with it?

How about when using latest MFM map? Do you have Custom POI installed in Nuvi? If yes, can you try remove the Custom POI (*.GPI) files and see whether the same issue is encountered.

not yet try with MFM,coz the place i go not found in MFM(the area there is blank on MFM).
i install MFM-Garmin 091102, MFM-CPOI v2.05, Malsingmaps Malaysia/Singapore/Brunei NT 2009.30 and City Navigator Sing/Mal NT 2009.30 in my 1460. MFM 091102 come with MFM Poi 091102,so which poi i have to remove it?

p/s:when time self reboot,i only use City Navigator map.

i try it with MFM map,its no problem.
auto reboot when using City Navigator Sing/Mal NT 2009.30 on crossing toll plaza, its happend after update MFM-Garmin 091102.

I think it should be MFM-Toll Plazas.GPI, try removing that and see what happens. Not sure with Nuvi1460, but usually GPI files can be found in \Garmin\Poi folder.

when auto reboot.....my MFM 091102 install is with include road poi selection.
so i try install it again with exclude road poi selection, then i test it with crossing same toll plaze for 3 time....
MFM 091102---ok
Malsingmaps NT 2009.30---ok
City Navigator NT 2009.30---shutdown

if remove *.GPI files....then all POIs alert will gone?

Yes, however since you said that it only reboots when approaching toll plaza, try removing MFM-Toll Plazas.GPI first.
