This one happened to me also.. some POIs came up under "Recently Found" that I have never seen / been before.. when I installed the weekly map updates.. but I can always clear it all anyway so no biggie.

I believe for my case the maps weren't working properly, so the coordinates for the items in my Recently Found list were all being mapped onto wrong locations, that's why they were turning up with different names.

Anyway I've reverted back to MFM-Garmin-100308 and everything seems ok now. I guess it's safe to say that MFM-Garmin 100315 is buggy for Nuvi 265w devices. Can anyone else with 265w's confirm that?

You should try transferring map using Mapsource, instead of using GMAPSUPP.IMG generated using the installer.

Tried using Mapsource and it works now, managed to omit the Singapore and East Malaysia maps too which I don't need. However my roads look really small and narrow now. How do I get back the regularly sized roads on my maps?

The customization selected during installation will affect the customization of the map transfered, therefore reinstall MFM mapset using appropriate customization ("Custom Polygons & POIs" customization will produce thicker roads in Nuvi/GMXT).

Alternatively if you're familiar with MapSetToolKit, you can edit MFM mapset's TYP reference to "MFMPC.typ" (this will avoid the need for MFM mapset reinstallation).
