The previous Padi Field polygon looks great in Malfreemaps. Will provide with more vegetation polygon in future.

I am getting routed into the Kampung area (single lane, unpaved roads). Can these be changed from "Alley" to "Unpaved Roads" so that I can set the necessary avoidance? There is no avoidance for Alley.

The kampung roads were fully paved. GPSr will not route you into the kampung unless you are inside the kampung routing out. Even you set to "SHORTEST DISTANCE" also it will not route you into kampung road...
I tried simulate your route, i can never get it route like yours.

It is strange that you cannot simulate the route I am seeing.
I tried on nroute, Nuvi 205 and Mobile XT. All routed me via the Kampung roads (either using shortest or fastest route).
Note that one small part of Persiaran Pantai Jerjak 5 is one-way-street. So when you simulate the route, you have to follow exactly (from south to north). Going from North to South is ok.
