The routing engine often routes me through this road, Lebuh Orchard which is often blocked by double-parked cars as the residents treat it like their private driveway. It is best avoided. Perhaps if we lower the speed limit of this road to 5kph then the routing engine will not select it in the route?

Am curious to know how the GPSr (nuvi 200, 205W) and mapsource determine which is the faster route for the 2 points below. Choosing fastest time, the longer and slower route was chosen instead using ver 1.50. The faster & shorter route was chosen in previous versions (V1.44, not sure about 1.45/46)

Setting : fastest time, Avoidance : none for both GPSr and mapsource

Maybe it has less junction, but still taking longer time (45 sec longer), shouldn't the faster route option select the route with shortest time regardless of # junction? - Sentry

Bro i have re-verify again this road, actually this is not unpaved road but some how a narrow road that allow only one car pass thru & it is not recommend as main route to Jln Aziz Ibrahim. Can you pls set back the road as paved road but the route selection priority lower than Persiaran Pantai Jerejak 5

Looks like this problem did not went away. It was reported before by someone quite a while ago. Supposed to be fixed already. Hope it is fixed for good this time round
