For Nuvi, you need to clear all user data. Hold your finger on the lower-right corner of Nuvi screen while turning on Nuvi. Keep finger pressed until pop-up window appears. Touch Yes to clear all user data. Please be aware that this procedure will reset CURRENT.GPX as well, so do back up Nuvi:\Garmin\GPX\CURRENT.GPX before proceeding.
