How to activate hidden tracklog feature on Nuvi 2x5/7x5

I can't find any Log folder or Debug folder in my Garmin Nuvi 1350. Any idea?

Hello, my 255W (acquired in Europe) has software version 6.0 and don´t have "debug" folder. In "log" folder only appears traffic.bin and nav.bin when I stop tracklog. How to generate gps.bin? Back to a former software version? Which the risks involved in this procedure?

Try look for the DEBUG folder in the root directory, not in the GARMIN folder. For instance, if your Garmin unit is D:, look for D:\DEBUG (not D:\GARMIN\DEBUG).

Then, just use your computer "Search" function to get the bin files, search the whole Nuvi drive, check where the bin file located.

6. Your tracklogs are saved under the Logs or Debug folder of your Nuvi drive. Start wNutrak. Point the input folder to the logs folder and select the location of the output


7. The output will be in GPX format which you can open with Mapsource.

It's dead because the version is out of date.

Use Google and look for it.... it's current version is v0.18.
