My ASEAN Free GPS Map Project

hi there... i m newbie here...
i m using garmin with n97mini...
i have m'sia map, after install aust map, all my map gone!
i found here... i folo ur guide here... so
i have i download n tried mapsource & maptool to combined mal map & aust map... but cant...
pls help...

Bro ann_22, you may have inevitably have overriden your pre-installed maps due to identical file name of Garmin map file regardless of what map is in the file. For older units and GMXT Garmin uses a common file name gmapsupp.img for all of its map

If you had followed protocol and backup, then you can get back your Malaysia maps by re-installing from the backup file.

If you did not, then download from MFM download side to get the Malaysia-Singapore map

For GMXT, it is best to use different SD card when you go to another country.

where can i get to download aust poi ?

I just got a nuvi 1300LM from USA. I am unable to locate the Map folder to place my gmapsupp.img file. The first level folder that exist in this GPS is Garmin, GPX, help, JPEG, keyboards, Text, Vehicle and Voice. No "Map" folder available. Where should i save the img file? Thanks
