how about papago comparision with nuvi log?
which less or more sensitive and accurate?
I did a run from Puchong to Shah Alam this afternoon and logged the track using (1) Qstarz Q1000P datalogger, (2) Garmin nuvi 205W (patched) and (3) Papago R5800. The tracks run through open space and not between high rise buildings. Maybe, I'll do another one in KL later this week.
For the
Qstarz, the binary file was exported to NMEA 0183 format using the Qstarz GPS Travel Recorder PC Utility (ver. 5.0), then converted to GDB using GPSBabel (ver. 0.2.15.0).
For the
Garmin, the binary file was converted to GPX using the wNutrack utility (ver 0.16), then converted to GDB using Mapsource (ver. 6.13.7).
For the
Papago, the binary file was converted to GPX using the Papago Tracklog Converter utility (ver 1.00), then converted to GDB using Mapsource (ver. 6.13.7).
The 'displayed' table shows points from Seafield Toll (got to get a reference point, right?), and the GDB file is attached for anyone who cares to analyse the tracks.
