1. Install and use Mapsource to retrieve waypoints from Nuvi, then save as GPX.
2. Next, use this utility to import GPX into Papago: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=3875

Hi Guys appreciate your help on this. I extracted this file from my iPhone PAPAGO M6. But I can't seem to open it giving the error.

Or is there another way to do this? a longer round-about way... already searched the mfm forum but can't seem to locate any info on this matter.

hi,

Anyone know how to convert GPX -> Papago POI (DAT) format ?

I tried PAPAGO POI TOOL (PPGPOITool-v1.15.exe), but failed.

Please advise.

:tq:

Hi all, can I know where I can find all the POI's that I have saved in my nuvi 265W?

I found some in a folder in Garmin>GPX.

The reason I am confused is that there are several of them there for e.g.: In the GPX folder there is "current.gpx" and another, "temp.gpx".
Then,Under Archive folder within the GPX folder, there are 2 files namely "5.gpx" and another "6.gpx"

Which one do I select or is it all of them?

save yourself the hassle and let mapsource do it for you.. thats what i do on my 205w..

connect your gps via USB, launch mapsource, and IMPORT..

btw, this tool works for POIS in Papago X9, but it is stored at a seperate place.
the POI is stored in x:\navi\save\PaPaGOPOI.dat, at least it is, for my Z1..
