PU TIEN RESTAURANTS:

The Pu Tien chain has 4 restaurants in Singapore specialising in Heng Hwa food. Specialties are: noodle in soup, fried fine beehoon, fried yam, deep fried pig knuckles, fried oysters, and small cold dishes (pork, intestines, etc). I visited the main branch at Kitchener Rd and the food is excellent, reasonably priced, clean nice atmosphere, also with valet parking.
