Hi, this area in Commonwealth Crescent have been developed into a two floors building with escalater to the 2nd level as Hawker Centre and the ground floor as Fresh food Market (not the old types very wet market I suppose).

The old map detail' of " 31 Commonwealth Crescent seem to have been supper imposed by " MKT FC ". by Land Authority street directory map too.

It,s a Mature Estate as the Ambient suggested, with more greyish folks around in Evening and weekend

Please Amend this POI.

Error as GPS prompt you to turn right from main road Yio Chu Kang ( coming from CTE ) turning to Jalan Selaseh ( N1 23.207 E103 52.444 ) Cannot turn right.

Have to go further down to Yio Chu Kang U turn at Jalan Kelulut ( N1 22.977 E103 52.621 )

4)Kartright Speedway (newly open) -it'a a go-kart racing track. Hence the grass area with the "Golf course" is no more there. It is the race track.
