New Road barrier at 10 Simei Ave

Dear Bro Ong, there was a road barrier erected at 10 Simei Ave sometime mid-July this year. This is to encourage the ITE College East students to use the crossing at the traffic light instead. The barrier extends from the traffic light beyond about 3 meters after the entrance of ITE College East. There is a U turn at both ends of this barrier.
