Ubi Road 1 has been extended all the way to Airport Road (one way only). The new road is also accessable via Ubi Avenue 4.
Note: The polygons there appears to be out of place.

New viaduct, opened this morning at 0900hrs from Bartley Rd to Bartley Road East (Towards Kaki Bukit). Speed Limit is 70kph.
The Right Turn along Bartley Rd to Mount Vernon Rd has been sealed off.

Hi bro Ong please refer to the file which I pm you also. I did not use the ramp direct to Tampines Ave 10 from Bartley Rd but travel towards Hougang Ave 3. Somewhere in between (I indicate in black flag) there is a split rd on the right leading to the ramp going to Tampines Ave 10. Please refer also the file bly to hougang ave 3 which I pm you earlier

There is now an entrance and exit from Sims Ave to carpark of Blk822 Sims Avenue.
