The problem has already been fixed in the latest cgpsmapper release: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=8442
If you're using the MFM-Garmin NT map, you'll just have to wait for the 2013.20 release.
(You never said which map and device you're using; I'm assuming you're a Garmin nuvi user).
