I found roads named as Jalan KIA all over Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). There are no roads named KIA inside USIM (the roads exist though).

Yes, the road is dual carriageway from N2.78209 E101.77466 to the lake (N2.78480 E101.78437). The road from trafiic light at N2.77291 E101.76665 to N2.78209 E101.77466 is also dual carriageway, but it's probably too close to be separated as dual carriageway so this portion can be retained as single road.

I have send it for compile before read your post, I check it almost same with your's, and I drew a roundabout at N2.78364 E101.78333. Please feedback on this. :tq:

It's a simple junction that connect both sides of the road (vehicle can make U-turn at this point), not a roundabout at N2.78364 E101.78333. See the attached image for example. The rest is great, good work =D>
