Srpinghill tracklog

I find that there is incomplete coverage in springhill heights. Roughly have a track log there, sorry it may not perfect and complete too because we are rushing with time, going to house to house, chinese new year "bai nian" ma~
Also include a restaurant and a minor track log to the restaurant too. Please refer to the gdb file attached.
