Hi Bro Fancheng,
Just one POI for NS here - Shalala Coffee kiosk at the Seremban RSA (Northbound). Actually there are two Shalala outlets at the same RSA, but the kiosk/gazebo one stands out more.
I normally don't attach photos of POIs but I thought I'd make a point here.

I have double check your coordinate is in Taman Seri Pagi Jalan Seri Pagi 7
I use wikiMapia the Seremban Engineering Sdn.Bhd. is at N2 42.811 E101 59.617, is this the correct coordinate.

correction of mobil station in teluk kemang, pd. the correct one is as attached. please delete the mobil station just below this as attaached in pic.
