This is what I have arranged for the Seremban GG on the 17th Jan (Saturday):

1. The gathering place will be at the Royal Sungai Ujung Club at Lake Gardens, Seremban - loc. N2 43.824 E101 56.700
2. Time: Arrival at 11.30 am on.... but will start off at 12 noon.
3. Parking available at Visitors carpark (on the right of the guard house) - the security will direct you. Mention you come for GPS GG - the guards will be briefed beforehand.
4. A sign will be displayed at the reception counter indicating GPS Seremban GG - also ask the receptionist where the exact meeting place is. (To avoid using MSM or MFM links as a diplomatic stance)
5. I will arrange for a LCD projector to be present in the event presentations need to be made by our mappers and trackers etc.
6. Food - Free - you have to order from the Club Menu on an individual basis - no buffet.
7. Drinks from soft drinks to beer - Free. I have given instructions not to serve you guys other alcohol e.g. whisky or brandy etc.
8. Petrol or diesel - your own
9. Wawas - your own
10. GPS batteries - your own
11. Any other demands - your own (subject to within the limits of the Club rules).
12. Choice of air con or non-air con place for meet (to abide by Club smoking rules). If more than 10 pax - air-con room possible, less than 10 pax non-air-con most likely.

Any other reasonable requests or demands may be considered, (unreasonable ones will be ignored) - must be made here before the meet.
Assistance or means to get home after meet - your own (dry or drunk!)

I do hope to learn heaps from you guys, also looking forward to meet more GPS freaks, a few cheapskates but most of all, looking forward to a nice time with you guys and gals (any coming?)!
