HI, i'm using papago R6300T with x8.5, so i want to know what is the latest and newest version, how to upgrade? thx.

The latest software version is X9 and map version is 1st August 2013. Are you convenience to send your device to our service center?

HI I'm using Papago Mobile M11

and i paste the Thailand map inside the Map folder but inside the Papago Map data unable to see the link.
I paste Malaysia map folder inside the Map Folder I'm able to see.
May i know do i need to do something in order to make it able to see as different country?

Can provide the link for Thailand, Hatyai map? Thanks in advance

To get the latest Thailand map, we advice you to send your unit to our service center to get it. From Malaysia, you unable to see the Thailand map unless you switch off the GPS receiver from your smartphone.

So now you do support Papago Mobile M11 but you refuse to give us the Papago M9 genuine owners the free upgrade?

Updated R6300T from Papago! X8.5 to Papago! X9. When I try to POI Search, the list is empty. Even if I try to use keyword also return empty list. What the problem? GPS position is fixed. Using Malfreemaps. Hope someone can let me know what is missing.

Do a reset on your GPS unit. The reset button is at the back of the unit.

Reset but still the same problem.
Suspect is the PAPAGO! application problem.
In X8.5, it crash when click on POI Search - Navi.exe error with lot of chinese characters.
In X9 (after web updater), click on POI Search but the list is empty. POI nearby is also empty.

M3GPS support open on Saturday (on raya week)? Normally how long it take to restore the device?
What is the cost?

Alternative solution:
Can R6300T owner provide me R6300T CD image (iso) or just installer in zip? Sorry if request is not allowed.

To get the Thailand map, you have to send your unit to our service center to update it. For indonesia, can be download from navigasi.net.
