this is due Windows CE some file missing or corrupted, u need to update ur device, please go to service centre and they can settle it for u.
They will settle it straight on the point to me or i need to wait ? bcoz i stay too far from the nearest service center.

No, u can't do it urself... u better call up and get the answer.. normally it took 1-2 hour only..
