1. No Right turn from Amber Road into Amber Gardens
For cars traveling along East Coast (Mountbaten) Road towards city and making a left turn into Amber Road, it is not allowed to right turn into Amber Gardens (See map attached, waypoint 6). Correct route is to drive further down to to make an U-turn at the Marine Parade Road roundabout.

2. No U-turn at Mountbatten Road and Tanjong Katong Road Junction
For cars traveling on ECP towards Changi Airport and exiting into Tanjong Katong Road, it is not allowed to make an U-turn at Mounbatten Road/Tanjong Katong Road junction (aiming to short-cut into Amber Gardens afterwards, see map attached, waypoint 2). Correct route is make a right turn at Mountbatten Road/Tanjong Katong junction; drive further and make a right turn at Haig Road/Amber Road junction; drive further down and make an U-turn at the Marine Parade Road roundabout. Make a left turn when hitting Amber Road/Amber Gardens junction.

Jaycee

Bro Antyong,

No right-turn from Amber Road into Amber Gardens is still not fixed with Papago version S100211.

Thanks and Regards,
JayCee

Travelled on Karak Highway & East Coast Highway recently and found it strange that each time when passing by rest areas (didn't go into the rest areas but remained on highway) the papago X5.2 voice prompt to "keep left" and "then enter expressway". If one were to keep left, he/she would have gone into the rest areas. But when come to exit junction, it would correctly prompt to "go straight", which should be the case with rest areas as well if one do not intend to go into the rest areas. (routing KL to Kuantan)

This happens to Lentang lay by, and most other rest areas along the way from KL to Kuantan. If my memory served me right, the garmin map having the same problem as if the lay by roads are the main road and the actual highway outside the rest areas are the secondary road.

Further to my posting above, I notice the rest areas along NSE do not have the problem above. The next junction shown on screen will always be the last exit before the destination (e.g. routing fr KL to Gopeng, Gopeng exit will be shown in the top position of the navi screen), and the rest areas will come up as exits along the route in the left panel. The voice prompt will say "go straight" when come up to rest areas junction. I believe in the ECE case, the layby roads were treated as the main road as oppose to the expressway itself and therefore the problem.

Turning direction arrows and Federal roads sharing almost identical yellow colour, can be hard to see/read at time, hope either one can be changed to a different colour.
