please help me. i dont know whats the problem. every time i navi, it'll dont show my real place. how do i solve this? i already open the gps. im new in this forum btw. this x5 is working normally before but i dont use it probably in 9 months, when i try to use it back, it cannot detect my location/not working.

If you have not use your GPS for a long time the unit will take some time to Logon to the satellites. Go to an open space and wait for about 15 to 20 mins to see if it locks on.

Is your phone's GPS turned on?

1. I think this question is whether inside your phone setting GPS is ON, not Papago software..

2. Maybe your some of your Papago software files corrupted. Enternal memory card easily corrupted when we connnect / disconnect link USB to computer not in correct way.
