Hi cwchoo85,

Yes, we still can use the same apk file and the same register code to complete the installation on the formatted phone/tablet. (phone and imei number must be the same with previous installation).

Thank you for answering.
However, I've seen your latest post saying that the M9 does not support 1280x720 resolution.
That's a real bummer as 1280x720 is use widely in newer devices, such as HTC One X, Galaxy S III, Sony Xperia S, LG Optimux 4X HD & Huawei Ascend D quad.
And offcourse in the next few months, more new phones will be using that resolution as well.

We hope that you will release an update so that 1280x720 will have native support just like you release an update for Papago X5 Android to support the 1024x600 resolution on Galaxy Tab 7 P1000.

Hi Shawty,
Yes you're right, it's a growing popular resolution. But the good news is, it's already in development to add this in. We will update that resolution list once it's ready. :)

Hi m3asia,
I am recommend to allow M9 License transfer, because most of the users should not accept if change the new smartphone and then need to buy another M9 License.
It should be have secure way to make it and protect your licensing.
Another reuqest, cause already many GPS products in the market and some are support traffic status,is it possible add-on this feature in Papago!
last thing is the M9 performance need to improve, the map a bit lag when driving, i dont thing this is because the map store in the Sd Card, because i try other brands of the GPS in my phone, some are smoother then Papago!

My Phone is HTC Sensation XE 1.5Ghz cpu, Original Sandisk Class 6 32GB (direct buy from Sandisk from internet)

Thanks

Hi doremo,

Thank you for your recommendation. Regarding the license transfer request, we will take it into consideration. For the traffic status on Papago system, it can be included in the future feature once the TMC (Traffic Message Channel) in Malaysia is available.
We will try to do a software test run for the mentioned phone model (HTC Sensation XE 1.5Ghz cpu, Original Sandisk Class 6 32GB) :)

I plan to buy M9 for android, but would like to know the MFM map version (date of map) before I make the decision. Also, has the clapping sound problem in X5 for Android settled by M9?

Thanks!

Hi cwchoo,

Have you tried to re-install the software? Also, may we have the details for your phone?

1. Phone model
2. Android version

Hi cwchia,

The latest map for M9 on Android is the April 2012 map. Yes, the previous clapping sound on Papago! X5 has been resolved in Papago! M9.
