Dear consultant. I have a PAPAGO! R6100 with X8. After I copied a new map into the MAP folder in Storage Mode. Turn it on again this message come out - "Application Navi.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down." Cannot enter Storage Mode any more and cannot go further. Press the OK button on the message but the message still there. Please help.

m3gps & m3support, please find a fix as soon as possible, the FC issue is very annoying.

Galaxy Note Stock Official Rom Android 2.3.6.

Hi sHawTY,

We have forwarded this issue to Maction to rectify the issue. Actually we have tested GN Android 2.3.4 and it has no issue at all. But we will stress Maction to have M9 to support all versions of Android & phone.

Last night, I used M3GPS Web Updater 2.0.0 to update the software. After updated, it can't launched the papago software. I tried to restore to version X8.5, same thing happened. I'm contacted M3Asia support center, they admitted some issue about web update and suggested me send my PND to service center to fix the problem. I wonder why M3Asia already knew some issue on M3GPS web updater software, the admin or moderator still let the software in their download page. They should remove the current version and test the new version, make sure free of bugs then publish to user.

Hi pc-ox,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our programmer is looking into fixing the above issue.We will update the latest version on support website once done.

Hi seeseng,

It sounds like the "sys.cfg" is corrupted.I will need you to do some technical stuff here.

1) Prepare a Micro SD card (2GB) will do.
2) Use the computer to create a new blank file namely, "papago.ini" with Notepad.
3) Insert the Micro SD card into your R6100, and start the GPS
4) You should see Windows CE by now.
5) Go to SDMMC->Navi->Save
6) Delete the file namely, "sys.cfg" only (please do not edit or delete other files or your FAVOURITES will be gone missing later)
7) Also, do not disturb other files as the system will be corrupted and you have to bring the unit back to our Service Centre to re-flash again.
8) Remove the Micro SD Card and restart the unit. It should be fine by now. Or else, please update me the status of yours.

You may call out Hotline 1800 88 3303 or visit our service centre with the address below:

Jalan 16/11, 46350, Petaling Jaya.

Hi murfi98,

Sorry for the delayed respond.

1) Let me check with my programmer on this issue.

2) I am very sure the Save Folder files are corrupted.

If you have any important Favourites, please backup them by using Web Updater
--i)Please On the GPS until you see the Main Menu
--ii)Connect the GPS to the computer with an USB cable, then go to "Storage Mode"
--iii)Go to Navi->Save
--iii)Delete ALL files inside Save folder (if and only if you do not have anymore important favourite)
--iv)Disconnect the USB cable from GPS and your R6300T will automatic restart.
--v)Try to save a new favourite, it should be fine by now. Or else please update me your status.

Thank you very much.
