where can i get the x8.5 software..currently using h5600 with x8.....where can i update it????????

Hello Consultant,

After registering my IMEI and entering authorization code to activate papago M9 on my android, it is now "auto close" upon routing calculation finish. It can now operate in "navi" only without routing, once I set destination and the routing calculate done, it auto close.

It was working correctly on demo mode, before activation. Can you please advise on this???

Hello M3gps, my number pm'ed 23 April and no action taken or information feedback, like many out there, not only shawty, I think everyone is fair to receive same support. We'd like to know what's next after so much of waiting and without a working gps program running.

Our sincere apology of the inconvenience. We are aware of those complaints from the users. We have made these complaints as urgent and we are in the mids to solve the above mentioned.

We will release the update as soon as we have gotten the fix from Maction.

How will app update, bug fixes, etc. of Papago M9 be delivered to us? I mean, if we buy app from Google Play Store, we will receive upgrade over the air. But how does buying app from your website work? If we bought app from your website but had to visit your physical store to get bug fixes, update, that would be a real hassle.

Why don't you provide a downloadable trial version on your website, with an option to upgrade to paid version? That way we can try it out before we buy it. A few hundred MB is not that big for download anyway.

FYI Papago H5600 currently has X9 version already. If you are from Klang Valley you may visit our showroom at PJ. We will upgrade free of charge for you.

We are regret to inform you that the confirm date could not be confirmed yet. But however, we have forwarded all complaints to Mactions and they are working on it.
