We have tested those Android phones which we have on hand for the time being. So far we found no issue on Force Closed / Auto Closed.
Though there are a lot of phones outside the market and we have yet got the chances to test them all. If you are still facing the same issue after the FIX, please do not hesitate to let us know the below:-
1) Model of Phone
2) Version of Android
3) The issue you are facing with
4) Pictures or Video on the issue is really helps a lot
For all our customers, if you are facing Force Closed / Auto Closed on your current PAPAGO! M9. Please follow the step below:-
1) Register in our support website http://support.m3gps.com/.
2) Activate the account
3) Email us your PAPAGO! M9 Product Authorization Code to support@m3gps.com or contact us at 1800 88 3303
4) A step by step guide will send to your email after verification being done.
Any inquiry on the registration and FIX please email to support@m3gps.com or contact our hotline 1800 88 3303. Or you may walk-in to our office to have a try on the PAPAGO! M9 before purchase it.
Our operation hours are at below:-
Monday to Friday - 9am-6pm
Saturday - 9am-1pm
Sunday & Public Holiday - Closed

BTW, since we have not tested all Android phones in the market. We welcome all feedbacks from you to improve the PAPAGO! M9. Your feedbacks are much value to us.

Yes you are. But however, please confirm the software version is x8.5 or below.
If it is already x9. Then it is the most latest version.

Hi!
I have registered in M3Asia. I even contacted your support@m3gps.com. As I have been told that to register the product. I have put in the M9 product code but it show invalid.

I have also emailed support@m3gps.com for the Papago M9 fix.
Hope to get the fix soon.
And hopefully, the fix will work perfectly.

No. On 1280x720 devices, Papago M9 will only run at 1024x600 resolution because Papago M9 doesn't have native support for 1280x720 resolution.garykam wrote:haha..sry sry, mistake.so the M9 can support 1280x720?

I'm really losing my patience over here.
I've waited for a few weeks to get the Papago M9 Fix, then when I tried to register my Papago M9 Authorization Code in M3Support website, it says my Authorization Code is invalid.
And apparently, I'm not the only one whose facing this problem.
Damn it M3, can't you do anything right at all?
