I have registered in M3Asia. I even contacted your support@m3gps.com. As I have been told that to register the product. I have put in the M9 product code but it show invalid.

Same problem here.

I have also emailed support@m3gps.com for the Papago M9 fix.
Hope to get the fix soon.

Hi garykam,

For your info, HTC One X is 1280x720 resolution. It has been resolved last 2 weeks. The fix is now ready to be configured.

If you are a PAPAGO! M9 user and facing the issue now. Please do the below:-

1) Register at support.m3gps.com
2) Activate the account
3) Send us an email of your Product Authorization Code at support@m3gps.com
4) We will send you the fix

If you are yet a PAPAGO! M9 user, you may come to our showroom to do a testing on it before purchase it.

I already got the fix.
I don't know why your company choose the hard way to provide the fix whereas the fix is not a crack that will give anyone a full use of the Papago M9.

The fix only benefits those who bought the software, so I really don't understand why you couldn't just send the fix to our emails as the size is only 1MB.
The current method is a pain in the ass.

I had to go through 6 emails & 3 calls just to get the fix. :thumbsdown:

Q4413 MAPS NOT LOADING

Hi

Recently Downloaded the Web updater 2.0 and updated my map. While updating it gave a error that not enough memory. so i deleted the old files under the folder maps and updated the map. Now when i click GPS it is going back to main menu. Can able to fix this?
