I still have my wayway 4301 which is running on m3gps x5se using the old 2011 map. Can I still upgrade the unit to the X8.5 software?

Hi. I just bought WayWay 4035 with Papago S1. Looks like S1 too many errors and problems. Can I downgrade to X9? Where should I go?

Hi Prayer,

There is no option to downgrade from S1 to X9 due to S1 is our latest version which is pre-loaded to the latest model. May we know what is the software version that you are using currently?

hi,i just brought papago Z1 and find out there have many road name is not cover or unable to search for example jalan bunga raya 2,13400 butterworth,penang and Taman Sri Serom, 84410 Sg. Mati, Muar......there have many others road name having same problem which we can search in papago X5 but not in Z1,can you resolve this problem? please!

Hi tbpung, for your information, you may get the Jalan Bunga Raya 2 under the Road Search. Regarding the Taman Sri Serom, it seems like still not in our map and when we check the Taman name from google map also, there will not show the location. May we know which is the software version that run on your Papago Z1 either X9 or S1 version?

For your information, we do not have Taiwan map here. Before this we have 1 customer which install the Taiwan firmware as well as Taiwan map that he get from Taiwan. You may get the software and map when you reach there.
