This is the model of my GPS and the software version. Really need help whether I can upgrade the GPS software versions and maps and where to download them. Can't find on the forum.

May we know where are you staying currently? If possible to drop by your GPS to our service center at Phileo Damansara II to get the latest software as well as latest maps. For your information, our software and maps are free for the lifetime.

Hi tkpoh,

Yes, they can help you to update to the latest version but at the moment, there only will be open on Wednesday and Thursday which is from 11am-3pm.
